Habitat For Eels

WALT: combine prior and new knowledge to come up with new ideas.

This week for reading our group has been reading a new passage called "The Tame Eels Of Anatoki" It's about this girl who has been feeding eels for over fifty years and now everybody in now feeding the eels.

So for our activity we had to do the synthesis question again. And so we had to create a new habitat for the eels so people could go and see them and even play with them. We could use a google drawing to do that, I made mine with it. And we had to explain it and also use labels to show what's it's for and how it's going to be use!
This is my google drawing!

  1. Kia Ora Fria, I like the way you have labelled all of your pictures and made it interesting to see. I also like the way you have a simple but nice description on your post. Maybe next time you could make the people more colourful not just black. But overall Tumeke kou!

  3. Kia Ora Fria! Mu name is Hana and I'm a year 5 from Yaldhurst Model School!

Wow Fria! this work is amazing! I love the clear pictures you added! They look really cool!

I love the way you made the people nice and simple. As well as the drawing! Sometimes simple is best! I mean, I STILL have't learnt that lesson yeet :( I make things WAY too complicated. Definitely more than it needs to be!

Next time, you could try to make your own images. That way, you can share your own work. And people will love it! And you'll be proud of yourself!

    Keep up the awesome work!

    From Hana
